Delivery and returns
DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Carrier compagnies may have some delay that we cannot control unfortunately.
If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, no problem here is what to do!
RETURNS
You have 30 days to request a return. Products must be in good condition and in
their original packaging. Here is the process:
- Write an
email to info@plog-it.com with the reason for the return (with the order
number)
- We will
send you a return label
- You must
stick it on the package and send back the product to us by post.
- Return
costs are not refunded. $10 will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your
return has been received, we will look at the quality of the item. If
everything is fine, we will refund you. Please note that a refund may take up
to ten days to appear in your account.
EXCHANGE
You have 30 days to

Then, head to the Plog-it website to order your new product.
Shipping will be free (write to us for a discount code if your order is less
than $50).
DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT
Your product has a defect or does not work? No problem, we'll replace it! Here
is the process for a defective product exchange:
- Write an
email to info@plog-it.com with the reason for the return (with the order
number)
- We will
send you a return label
- You must
stick it on the package and send back the product to us by post.
- Return
costs will not be charged.
If you wish
to replace the item, head to the Plog-it website to order your new product.
Shipping will be free (write to us for a discount code if your order is less
